S-Styles need stability and can resist change. They have a strong sense of team and thrive when working with familiar people. They can take a little while to get going, but then they will work consistently to accomplish the goal. They’re great listeners and trust is very important to them.
When interacting with an S-Style, give them time and don’t rush decisions. Ensure you deliver what you promise and work on building a relationship.

I-Styles are focused on people and how they are feeling. They are very supportive and give great positive feedback. Their focus on people can take away from tasks and sometimes they come across as disorganized. They are energetic and aren’t afraid to take risks.
When interacting with an I-Style, ensure you’ve built in time to check in and be focused on the people rather then just getting down to the task at hand.

C-Styles want all the details. They need to know the whole plan, including what could go wrong and the contingency plans. They are extremely thorough and do great analytic work. They ask tons of questions and can take a long time to make decisions. They are superb planners
When interacting with a C-Style, ensure you are giving them all the facts they need (don’t insert opinions either). They can take extra time to respond or decide, so plan accordingly.
