Extended DISCovery is designed for organizations that have already completed DISC assessments and training — it doesn't matter who facilitated it. That said, if your team hasn't done DISC yet, reach out and we can talk about getting you started.

All of them. Extended DISCovery is priced per organization, not per person. Send two people or twenty — your rate stays the same.

Every session is recorded and available for 14 days after the live date. It's there to catch the replay — not as a permanent archive — so we'd encourage anyone who misses it to watch within that window.

30 minutes. 20 minutes of focused training on that month's topic, followed by 10 minutes of live Q&A. We respect your time.

Sessions run via Microsoft Teams. You'll receive a recurring calendar invite with a permanent link you can forward to your team — same link every month, no new logins or platforms to manage.

The 12-topic curriculum runs on an annual cycle. Most organizations renew — the same topics land differently once your team has spent a year actually applying DISC together. New team members, new challenges, and new dynamics mean there's always something fresh to take from each session.
