Episode Summary

Teams can be heavy in one or two DISC styles, and it's easy to miss the styles that aren't there. Each style brings its own question to the table, so when a style is missing, its question usually is too. You don't need to hire someone new to cover the blind spot, but someone does need to ask the question.

• You can spot blind spots on your team map by looking for empty quadrants and for quadrants with only one person, and without a map, by looking at patterns like stalled decisions, resistance to change, burnout, and rework.
